CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

No-shows (failure to arrive at the meeting point within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time) are non-refundable.

In case of tour cancellation by Paris Unscripted due to insufficient bookings, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
