🎫 Booking & Payment

Booking is simple! Just select your preferred tour, choose your date and time, and complete the secure checkout process. You'll receive instant confirmation via email with all the details you need.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal for your convenience.

Yes! Immediately after booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tour details, meeting point, guide contact information, and a booking reference number. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Subject to availability, yes! However, we recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially during peak tourist season (April-October).

Yes! For groups of 8 or more, please contact us directly at contact@parisunscripted.com for special group rates and private tour options.

✅ Cancellation & Changes

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

Absolutely! You can reschedule your tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the original tour time, subject to availability. Contact us to make changes.

We understand things happen! However, our tours depart on time to respect all guests' schedules. If you're running late, please call or WhatsApp us immediately at +33 7 59 60 55 64. We cannot guarantee the tour will wait, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.

In the rare event we need to cancel a tour (extreme weather, unforeseen circumstances), you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date at no extra charge.

🎒Tour logistic

Each tour has a specific meeting point in central Paris, clearly indicated in your confirmation email. Meeting points are always near metro stations for easy access. Your guide will be holding an Paris Unscripted sign and will contact you if needed.

All our tours are available in English and any other available language on request.

  • Eiffel Tower: Accessible via elevator (subject to availability)
  • Versailles Palace: Mostly accessible; wheelchairs available on-site
  • Louvre Museum: Fully wheelchair accessible with elevators and ramps
  • Montmartre: Limited accessibility due to steep hills, cobblestones, and stairs

Please contact us before booking if you have specific accessibility needs so we can assist you.

Comfortable walking shoes are essential! Paris involves a lot of walking, and cobblestones can be tricky. Dress appropriately for the weather, and bring layers. It can be cooler inside museums or windy at the Eiffel Tower.

Yes, but please note:

  • Eiffel Tower: Strollers must be folded on elevators
  • Versailles: Allowed but challenging on some staircases
  • Louvre: Fully stroller-friendly with elevators
  • Montmartre: Not recommended due to steep stairs and hills

👥 Group size & Experience

We keep our groups small and intimate, typically 6-12 people maximum. This ensures everyone can hear the guide, ask questions, and have a personalized experience.

Absolutely! Children of all ages are welcome. However, please note that tours involve significant walking and standing. We recommend our tours for children ages 6+ who can keep up with the pace.

🏛️ Site-specific questions

Yes! Weather permitting, the tour includes time in the magnificent Palace gardens.

Lunch is not included, but your guide can recommend excellent local spots if you'd like to stay and explore after the tour.

Yes! The Mona Lisa is a guaranteed highlight of our Louvre tour, along with Venus de Milo, Winged Victory, and other masterpieces.

The Louvre is massive! Our tour focuses on the absolute must-see highlights and hidden gems, giving you a curated experience of the museum's best works.

Yes! The tour includes the exterior and interior of Sacré-Cœur Basilica (entry is free, though it may be limited during religious services).

🌦️ Weather & Safety

Our tours operate rain or shine! Paris is beautiful in any weather. We recommend bringing an umbrella and wearing waterproof layers. Indoor portions of tours (museums, palaces) provide shelter.

In cases of dangerous weather conditions (severe storms, extreme heat warnings), we may need to reschedule or cancel for safety reasons. You'll be contacted in advance and offered a full refund or rescheduled tour.

Absolutely. Paris is a safe city for tourists, and our guides are trained professionals who prioritize your safety and comfort. As with any major city, we recommend staying aware of your belongings in crowded areas.

📸 Photos & Personal items

Yes! Photography is encouraged at most sites. However:

  • Louvre: Flash photography is prohibited inside the museum
  • Versailles: Flash photography not allowed in certain areas
  • Eiffel Tower: Photos allowed everywhere

Your guide will point out the best photo spots!

Small backpacks and bags are fine, but note:

  • Louvre & Versailles: Bags larger than carry-on size must be checked (free coat check available)
  • Eiffel Tower: Large bags may require additional security screening

We recommend traveling light for maximum comfort.
